I came to Cat desperate to know the truth about my childhood and my father. From the beginning of our initial communications by email, I felt a comfortable ease with her. As with so many people in our society today, I suffer from panic attacks,
anxiety, and stress that affect my life and relationships. I have gone the
route of doctors, medication, and therapists with very little result. It
wasn't until I met Cat that I found a "Safe Haven". She has helped me in
