personal achievement. My coaching approach utilizes years of hypnotherapy studies and techniques
in combination with a technology called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
to identify and modify any self-defeating beliefs.

EFT is a method of stimulating meridian channels (the body's energy system) consistent
with the tenets of acupressure. Acupressure has been practiced for over 5000 years in the Orient.

Much of my coaching takes place by phone which I have found to provide anonymity as well as maximize time and convenience.
